The progression is so important for retraining our brain so in this Week 18 – Master Key 2018 and the progression includes gratitude, kindnesses, the “sit”, exercise and “reliving” new moments. So easy to do, and so easy not to do.
I have been a goal-post mover, and the old blueprint keeps trying to take me back there, but that’s not going to happen because that is “no-man’s land” for me.

Attention has been held to be the distinguishing mark of genius. The cultivation of attention depends upon practice.
The incentive of attention is interest; the greater the interest, the greater the attention; the greater the attention, the greater the interest, action and reaction; by paying attention, you will have aroused the interest; this interest will attract more attention, and this attention will produce more interest, and so on. This practice will enable us to cultivate the power of attention.
